SPECIAL LIVE STREAMING SERVICES:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it’s impact, EAR is offering special public assistance services to help family and friends attend events, weddings, any private event remotely. These services include chapel and/or grave side services recorded or live stream. The services are performed by professional video teams with many years of experience and understand the need for quality audio and video not possible with consumer smart phones or tablets.
Service fees include all required equipment and personnel for live broadcast anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. Availability limited on a confirmed reservation basis. Coverage includes the Phoenix metropolitan area including Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale, Gilbert and surrounding cites:
4 hours Package
- On site professional broadcast videographer
- Live Streaming for up to 2 hours of event services
- Unlimited number of people viewing live stream
- Support for mobile, desktop or smart TV viewing
- Personal contact for scheduling and support
- Travel time may impact duration of recording/streaming
8 hours Package
- All features of 4 Hours package
- Live Streaming for up to 3 hours of event services
- Access to recorded services for later viewing
- Ability to share recorded services
- Memorial service included at secondary location*
- Special pricing for editing version of recorded service(s)
Purchasing these services confirms the acceptance of these terms and conditions. For cancellations with full refund, emailed prior to 24 hours of scheduled service/event. We want you to feel as close to the services as possible and will provide direct communication with our broadcast team prior to the service. Upon prepayment, you will be contacted by a representative to arrange scheduling details with 24 hrs.
